Ruvi Kitov is CEO and Co-Founder of Tufin, the leading provider of Security Policy Orchestration solutions. Since Tufin’s founding in 2005, Ruvi has led the company through successful growth and product development, quickly gaining more than 2,000 customers among the world’s largest enterprises. Tufin is recognized as a market leader with consistent revenue growth, resulting in top rankings in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 and other awards. With more than 18 years of industry experience, Ruvi previously served in key project management and development roles at Check Point Software. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

As Tufin’s CTO and Co-Founder, Reuven has led all development efforts during the company’s initial fast-paced growth period and is focused on Tufin’s product leadership. Reuven is responsible for the company’s future vision, product innovation, and market strategy. Under Reuven’s leadership, Tufin’s products have received numerous technology awards and wide industry recognition. Reuven brings more than 20 years of software development experience, holding two key senior developer positions at Check Point Software, as well other key positions at Capsule Technologies and ECS. He received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Tel Aviv University.
VP of Products, Tufin
As Vice President of Products, Ofer Or is responsible for leading Tufin’s product strategy. With over 20 years of experience in high-tech and network security, Ofer has an extensive background in developing innovative products which have had a profound market impact. Previously, Ofer served as Director of Research & Strategy at Tufin. Prior to Tufin, Ofer was Senior Product Line Manager at Check Point Software where he led Check Point Security Management products and Check Point Security Appliances. Ofer held marketing and technical positions at Check Point Software, Microsoft, Amdocs , and served in an elite computer unit in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Ofer holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA from INSEAD University, and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
